Henry Cheang

Managing Director

Henry Cheang is a Registered Financial Consultant with IARFC, USA and he has more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry where he provides financial advice, corporate advisory, portfolio management to private wealth and institutional clients. He is also responsible for evaluating current and potential portfolio investments and engaging companies to advance sustainable business growth and practices.

He is actively involved in financial advisory services, corporate finance, risk management, investment, financial planning and estate planning. He is a registered trainer and had conducted various workshops in marketing and investment to real estate companies and preparation to pre-IPO to SME companies.

Henry Cheang began his banking career in 1987 and attached to several financial institutions in Southern Bank Bhd, Orix Leasing Bhd, Oriental Bank Bhd and EON Bank Bhd, primarily handling credit matters relating to lending, credit evaluation, risk management, project financing, cash flow management, working capital management, restructuring and recovery of credit facilities for corporate, commercial and consumer sectors.

He left the banking industry in 2007 to become the Unit Manager AIA Bhd and Estate Planner Manager of RHB Trustees Bhd. Subsequently he involved in corporate world as a shareholder and Executive Director of a Naim Indah Corporation Bhd, a developer company listed in Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. He was also a Chairman of TW Global Connections Sdn Bhd, a tour & travel company and a Director in Savancity PMC Sdn Bhd which was a project management company of a billion dollar mixed development project in Laos. Presently he is also an Executive Director of Nexgram Holdings Berhad, a company listed on Bursa Stock Exchange..

Sky Tham

Director

Sky Tham aged 41, has built strong career in financial advisory services. He has 10 years of experience as business development manager in New Century Advisory Services Sdn Bhd and subsequently change to Finsbury Advisory PLT. Which involve in financial advisory services, corporate finance, risk management, investment and estate planning. He had conducted workshops to several real estate companies and SME organization.

He also has extensive experience in handling credit matters involving working capital management, credit evaluation for commercial and consumers clients. When he left Finsbury Advisory PLT In February 2022, he set up his own company known as ProQuest Business Service which involve in out sourcing service, financial advisory service, consist account advisory , telemarketing and business process outsourcing.

Keith Tan

Chief Investment Officer

Keith Tan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit rating assessments, IPO execution, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border financial transactions. Starting his career in 2009 at the Securities Commission Malaysia, he gained substantial knowledge in finance and capital markets. He later worked at Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad, conducting significant credit assessments for major projects like the RM23.35 billion Sukuk Musharakah Programme for PLUS Highways.

At TA Securities, Keith Tan played a key role in the IPOs of Gagasan Nadi Cergas Berhad and Perak Transit Berhad. As Vice President in Corporate Finance at AmInvestment Bank, he led mergers and acquisitions, including the notable merger of Lagenda Properties Berhad and DBE Gurney Resources Berhad.
At RHB Investment Bank, he successfully led Pestech (Cambodia) Plc’s IPO, the first listing of a Malaysian company on the Cambodia Stock Exchange. Currently, Keith serves as Executive Director and Principal Officer of ACE Investment Bank, overseeing strategic and operational performance, investment activities, and key business strategies, while fostering relationships with stakeholders for continuous growth.

Richard Barrow

Technical Director

Richard Barrow is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product strategy, development, management, and leadership spanning 30 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, which he obtained in 2016 from Saint Joseph’s College in the United States. Throughout his career, Richard has worked across various business sectors and has held significant roles in well-known organizations, including:

Media and Entertainment: Richard has contributed his expertise to Marvel Entertainment, a prominent company in the entertainment industry. This involved strategic planning, product development, and management related to Marvel’s content and brand.

Sports and Arena Management: He has worked with Madison Square Garden Arena and New York’s professional sports teams, the Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty. In these roles, he was involved in enhancing the fan experience both in and out of the arena, optimizing operations, event ticketing platform system, and developing revenue-generating strategies and products.

Entertainment Shows: Richard’s experience extends to The Radio City Rockettes, known for their iconic shows. This included product strategy and management related to their digital presence and event ticketing system.

Transportation: He has experience with the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, focusing on improving transportation services, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Media and News: CBS News and Media benefited from Richard’s expertise, which encompassed product development and strategy for news content and media distribution.

Auction House: Richard’s involvement with Sotheby’s auction house included developing digital solutions, technology strategies, and customer experiences for auction participants, through their official mobile app and in-house, live auctions.

Richard’s skill set covers the entire product lifecycle, from the initial stages of ideation and strategy development to product development, operations, support, training, and ultimately, bringing products to market. His extensive experience has equipped him with a broad range of skills and insights that are valuable to organizations of varying sizes and scopes, from global enterprises to regional companies.

Professor Dr. Firend Alan Rasch

Corporate Advisor

Professor Firend is the Corporate Advisor to the company on portfolio management and investments. Dr. Firend is a Professor Exeter. He obtained his PhD in Applied Management & Decision Science (USA). An international academic and scholar. Started as investments banker with major banks in California, United States, which provided Professor Firend with an insight into various industries in the Silicon Valley.

He has over 20 years of experiences in international business, active in investments throughout America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Southeast Asia.

He had served in the Investment Committee of Qatar Investment Authority. He also worked as Senior Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company, KPMG, Anderson Consulting and advising U.S Fortune 500 companies, US government in the United Nations. He was also a lecturer in University Technology Mara, Malaysia for 6 years.

Dato’ George Miranda

External Legal Advisor

Dato’ George is the Managing Partner of a legal firm in Kuala Lumpur known as Miranda & Samuel. He has more than 23 years of experience as a practicing lawyer and partner level. His expertise covers both contentious and non-contentious matters and has a strong reputation for dealing with complex and high value corporate and litigation matters.


He was involved in various Mergers & Acquisitions exercise including carrying out legal due diligence and drafting merger documentation including Term Sheets, Share Acquisition Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Put and Call Options and all other legal documentation pre and post completion. He is the President and Exco Member of the Malaysian Mergers & Acquisitions Association (MMAA).


Dato’ George had completed pre-IPO legal and preparatory work for IPO’s on the ACE Market and the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and acting as Local Counsel and carrying out legal due diligence, local compliance and other related legal work for IPO’s on AIM, SGX, ASX and US Listings.


He is the Author of “A Guide to an Initial Public Offering on Hong Kong’s GEM”. (Leeds Publication, 2002) and the “A Guide to an Initial Public offering on MESDAQ” (Leeds Publication, 2004).
